Who this ride is for

Stops along the way

Bike Farm — food, drinks and animals right by the path: horses, donkeys, sometimes rabbits; a guaranteed hit with kids. Torbole's lakefront is a good spot for a break, and the small harbour of Porto San Nicolò on the way back is worth a stop.

Practical tips

The lakeside promenade between Torbole and San Nicolò is shared with pedestrians and gets busy in season — ride slowly there, especially with kids. In summer, mornings are best. Bikes are easy to rent in Riva or Torbole; helmets for kids come with any rental.

A note from the guide

If you want to see both the valley and the lake in one easy ride, this is the one. The lakeside half is the best part — save some time for it.
